A deposit is required to confirm your bookings, and should be received by us within 10 days. The minimum deposit required for peak season is 50% of the total tariff. At other times, 1 nights accommodation.

The balance of your fees are to be paid on your arrival. Please book carefully as no refunds are given for early departure.

Minimum Night Bookings:

Easter 4 Nights
Christmas School Holidays 7 Nights
Long Weekends 3 Nights
All Other Times 2 Nights

Cancellations:

During Christmas holidays no refunds will be given after 1st October. Refunds will only be given when notice of cancellation is prior to 1st October and will be fully refunded less the $50.00 cancellation fee. All other times 1 months notice is required for a full refund less the $20.00 cancellation fee. Management will issue a credit which is valid for 6 months.
